asaṃsthitatvād varṣāsu jalamamlaṃ vipacyate | tasmād vivardhate pittaṃ yathāmlaiś ca tathāśanaiḥ ||
Due to instability in the rainy season, water undergoes sour digestion; / therefore bile increases, as it also does through sour foods.
