aṅgāṅgeṣu pravṛddheṣu pratimūleṣu dhātuṣu | śuklaṃ ca ṣoḍaśe varṣe suvyaktaṃ pratipadyate ||
When the several limbs have fully grown, and the dhātus are grounded at their sources, / semen is clearly produced in the sixteenth year.
