tatra bhela ātreyamidamuvāca---bhagavan | pañcadhā yeśārīrāḥ[śārīrā] paṭhyante; ālocakarājakabhrājakasādhaka-pācakabhedena[vā]; teṣāṃ katham idaṃ[idāṃ] pañcābhidhāyināṃ pṛthaktvaṃ bhavatīti ||

Thereupon Bheḷa said this to Ātreya: "Venerable sir! Those bodily [fires/pittas] that are taught as fivefold, according to the division into ālocaka, rañjaka, bhrājaka, sādhaka, and pācaka—how does the distinction between these that bear five names arise?"
