ity etāni bhiṣak dṛṣṭvā lakṣaṇāni mumūrṣatām | na cikitsāṃ prayuñjīta yathāmārgaṃcikīrṣakaḥ || ity āha bhagavān ātreyaḥ | iti bhele indriye tṛtīyo ' dhyāyaḥ || || caturtho ' dhyāyaḥ ||

Having seen these signs of dying patients, / a physician wishing to act according to the proper path should not administer treatment. / Thus said the venerable Ātreya. / Thus ends the third chapter in the Indriyasthāna of Bheḷa. / Fourth chapter.
