5.8.16

iti dūtasamācāro vyādhitānāṃprakīrtitaḥ | ya evaṃ veda nipuṇaṃ siddhikāmaḥsa vai bhiṣak || ity āha bhagavān ātreyaḥ | iti bhele indriye aṣṭamo ' dhyāyaḥ || || navamo ' dhyāyaḥ || athāto gomayacūrṇaṃ vyākhyāsyāma iti ha smāha bhagavān ātreyaḥ |

Thus the conduct of messengers of the sick has been proclaimed; / the physician desiring success who knows this accurately [succeeds].
Thus said the venerable Ātreya.
Thus ends the eighth chapter in the Section on Sensory Prognostics in the work of Bheḷa.
