tena baddhaṃ gudaṃ nṝṇāṃ jāyate ' ntranipīḍanāt | utkṣiptakukṣir bhavati tathā saṃkṣiptamehanaḥ ||

Through that, an obstructed anus occurs in men from constriction of the bowels; / his belly becomes retracted, and likewise his penis contracted.
