tathā baddhagudaṃ caiva pāṭayecchalyaśāstravit | muñjānvālāṃstathoddhṛtya baddhaṃ sīvyettato bhiṣak ||

Likewise, an expert in surgical treatise should slit the obstructed bowel, / and having removed the muñja grass and hairs, the physician should then sew the obstructed part.
