ajātatoye jaṭharepavanaśleṣmasambhave | plīhodaraṃ hinastyagniḥ jayet tasmād viśeṣataḥ ||
In abdominal enlargement arisen from wind and phlegm, before fluid has formed, / fire destroys splenomegaly; therefore he should overcome it particularly [by cautery].
