nīlapītāruṇaṃ jyotirdṛśyate śvayathau yadi | kiñcitkṣaratyaslilaṃ tamasādhyaṃ vinirdiśet ||

If a blue, yellow, or reddish luster is seen in the swelling, / [and] some watery fluid oozes out, one should declare it incurable.
