evaṃ tacchvayathurnāma vyādhir bhavati dāruṇaḥ | doṣaiḥ pakvāśayasthais taiḥ so+adhastāc chvayathur bhavet ||
Thus arises that dreadful disease called swelling. / Through those doṣas residing in the colon, that swelling arises in the lower part.
