kecidvātātmakaṃprāhurbhiṣajo viṣamajvaram | sannipātodbhavaṃ kecidapare pittasambhavam ||

Some physicians declare intermittent fever to be of the nature of wind; / some say it arises from the conjunction of all three doshas (sannipāta), while others say it is born of pitta.
