arśasāṃ śamanaṃ caiva gudaśophe ca pūjitam | etad eva hi vai śreṣṭhamudāvarte ghṛtaṃ bhavet ||

It is also the pacifier of hemorrhoids, and esteemed in inflammation of the anus; / this ghee indeed would be the best in upward movement of wind (udāvarta).
