saraktaṃ pūtipūyābhaṃ grathitaṃ doṣasañcayam | niṣṭhīvati sa kāsārto jvaryate cātisaryate ||

Afflicted by cough, he spits an accumulation of doshas that is bloody, like foul pus, and knotted; / and he suffers fever and diarrhea;
