6.21.25

pañcamūlyau tathā dve ca kṣīreṇa saha sādhayet | auṣṇyamudvahatā tena nāḍīsvedena svedayet ||

and the two pañcamūlīs should be boiled with milk; / with that bearing heat, one should foment him with tube-sudation.
