6.21.28

manyayoś cāpi pippalyā dahetkāṇḍena vā punaḥ | tathaivārdhāvabhedasya tenaiva vidhinābhavet ||

and also on the neck tendons, one should burn with pippalī or with a stalk; / in the same way, it should be done for ardhāvabhedaka by the very same method.
