nasyakarma tathā kuryāt snehaś cottarabhaktikaḥ | ghṛtatailavasābhis tu dhāryāḥ syuḥ śīrṣavastayaḥ ||
Likewise, one should perform errhine therapy, and an unctuous drink after meals; / and head-enemas should be retained with ghee, oil, and muscle fat.
