6.22.2

vyāyacchato vicarataḥ vyākṣiptamanasas tathā | mande rasapraseke ca divābhuktaṃ na duṣyati ||

For one who is exercising, walking about, and whose mind is distracted, / and when the flow of chyle is slow, food eaten by day is not corrupted.
