sarvadehāśrayā vātāḥ saṃsṛṣṭāś caikajāś ca ye | teṣāṃ nigrahaṇe yuktam ity uvāca punarvasuḥ ||

Whether the vātas residing in all the body are combined or single, / it is suitable for subduing them: so said Punarvasu.
