kvāthaṃ droṇāvaśiṣṭantu tailāḍhakasamāyutam | ghṛtaprasthena vipacet kṣīradroṇena cāpy atha ||

The decoction reduced to one droṇa, combined with an āḍhaka of oil, / one should cook with a prastha of ghee and a droṇa of milk;
