6.4.48

tatsiddhaṃ srāvayitvā tu nirvātaṃ syādyathāmṛtam | tataḥprātarghanībhūtaṃkhajenābhipramanthayet ||

Having strained that when cooked, so that it becomes like nectar when protected from the wind, / then in the morning, when it has thickened, one should thoroughly churn it with a churning stick.
