akṣapramāṇairetais tu ghṛtaprasthaṃ vipācayet | tasmiddhaṃ srāvayitvā tu pāyayet tu yathābalam ||
with an akṣa measure of these, one should cook a prastha of ghee. / Having strained it when prepared, one should administer it to drink according to [the patient's] strength.
