6.5.3

dūṣayatyatha raktaṃ ca medo māṃsaṃ vidhāvati | sa saṅghātasthirībhūto gulmatvam upapadyate ||

then it vitiates blood, and runs through fat and flesh; / that, becoming solid as a mass, attains the nature of a gulma.
