ghṛtaṃ ca saktuṃ ca tathā citrakaṃ saindhavaṃvacām | pippalīṃ ca pacetkṣīraṃ praśastaṃ cāvatārayet ||
One should cook ghee, roasted barley flour, citraka, rock salt, vacā, / and pippalī with milk, and take it down when well prepared.
