vātagulmaṃ nudatyeṣa gulmaśūlāni yāni ca | saplīhānamudāvartaṃ śleṣmagulmaṃ ca nāśayet ||

This expels wind-gulma and whatever gulma colics there are; / it destroys [wind-gulma] accompanied by spleen [disease], upward movement of wind, and phlegm-gulma.
