tatsnehapītaṃ susnigdhaṃ svedakarmopapāditam | vamanaṃ recanaṃ vāpi pāyayet tīkṣṇamauṣadham ||

To him who has drunk that unctuous substance, is well oleated, and provided with the act of fomentation, / one should cause to drink sharp medicine, either an emetic or a purgative.
