vātaśūle tu sañjāte saṅkaraprastarādikān | svedāṃścaivopadehāṃścasvabhyaktānāṃ prayojayet ||
When wind-pain arises, however, one should apply / fomentations like saṅkara and prastara, as well as poultices, to those who have been well-anointed.
