yasyātha lavaṇaḥ koṣṭhe nirūhaḥ paittikīṃrujām | janayet tatrapeṣyaṃ syānmadhureṇa nirūhaṇam ||
If a saline non-unctuous enema in his belly produces / a paittika ailment, in that case an evacuating enema should be prepared with sweet [drugs].
