nirūhaṃ lavaṇaṃ kuryāc chreṣṭhamānāhabhedanam | bilvairaṇḍaphalaṃ vāpi paced dviprasthasammitam ||

one should make a saline non-unctuous enema, excellent for breaking up abdominal distension with constipation. / Or one should boil wood-apple and castor fruit measuring two prasthas;
