yogādapi viṣaṃ tīkṣṇamuttamaṃ bheṣajaṃ bhavet /
bheṣajaṃ cāpi duryuktaṃ tīkṣṇaṃ saṃpadyate viṣam //
Through proper application even a sharp poison becomes an excellent medicine,
and even a medicine when improperly applied becomes a sharp poison.
