saṃgraheṇa cātiyogāyogavarjaṃ karma vāṅmanaḥśarīrajamahitamanupadiṣṭaṃ yattacca mithyāyogaṃ vidyāt //

And in brief, any action born of speech, mind, and body, other than excessive application and non-application, which is unwholesome and unprescribed, one should know as wrongful application.
