bālastu khalu mohādvā pramādādvā na budhyate /
utpadyamānaṃ prathamaṃ rogaṃ śatrumivābudhaḥ //
The foolish, undiscerning man, however, out of delusion or negligence,
does not perceive a disease first arising, just like an enemy.
