sarpiḥ śaradi pātavyaṃ vasā majjā ca mādhave/
tailaṃ prāvṛṣi nātyuṣṇaśīte snehaṃ pibennaraḥ//

Ghee should be drunk in autumn, and muscle fat and marrow in mādhava; / oil [should be drunk] in prāvṛṣ; a person should drink unctuous substance when it is neither excessively hot nor cold.
