dīptāgnayaḥ kleśasahā ghasmarāḥ snehasevinaḥ/
vātārtāḥ krūrakoṣṭhāśca snehyā majjānamāpnuyuḥ//
Those with blazing digestive fire, who endure hardship, voracious eaters, habitual users of unctuous substances, / afflicted with vāta, and having a hard bowel, when requiring oleation, should take marrow.
