snehadviṣaḥ snehavityā mṛdukoṣṭhāśca ye narāḥ/
kleśāsahā madyanityāsteṣāmiṣṭā vicāraṇā//

For those people who aversion to unctuous substances, who are habituated to unctuous substances, who have soft central tracts, / who cannot endure hardship, and who are habituated to liquor, a preparation is preferred.
