kaṣāyamadyanityānāṃ garbhiṇyā raktapittinām/
pittināṃ sātisārāṇāṃ rūkṣāṇāṃ madhumehinām/
vidagdhabhraṣṭabradhnānāṃ viṣamadyavikāriṇām/
śrāntānāṃ naṣṭasaṃjñānāṃ sthūlānāṃ pittamehinām//

For those habitual to astringent [taste] and alcohol, a pregnant woman, those with raktapitta, / those of pitta constitution, those with diarrhea, the un-unctuous, those with madhumeha, / those with inflamed or fallen testicles, those suffering from disorders of poison and alcohol, / the fatigued, the unconscious, the obese, those with pittameha,
