bhavanti cātra
anena vidhinā rājā rājamātro 'athavā punaḥ /
yasya vā vipulaṃ dravyaṃ sa saṃśodhanamarhati //

And here are [the verses]: / By this procedure, a king, or one of royal status, / or he who has abundant wealth, is fit for cleansing.
