vyāyāmanityo jīrṇaśī yavagodhūmabhojanaḥ/
saṃtarpaṇakṛtairdoṣaiḥ &sthaulyaṃ muktvā vimucyate//

One who exercises constantly, eats only when previous food is digested, and feeds on barley and wheat, / is freed from the disorders caused by over-nourishment, except for [extreme] obesity.
