śītoṣṇasnigdharūkṣādyairupakrāntāśca ye gadāḥ/
samyak sādhyā na sidhyanti raktajāṃstān vibhāvayet//
Diseases which, though properly treatable, do not respond to treatments / with cold, hot, unctuous, dry, and other therapies, one should recognise as born of blood.
