nātyuṣṇaṃ guru saṃpakvaṃ svāduprāyaṃ mukhapriyam/
bṛṃhaṇaṃ jīryati kṣipraṃ nātidoṣalamārukam//
Not too hot, heavy when ripe, mostly sweet, pleasant to the mouth, / nourishing, āruka digests quickly and does not excessively aggravate the doṣas.
