atha gorasavargaḥ--- svādu śītaṃ mṛdu snigdhaṃ bahalaṃ ślakṣṇapicchilam/
guru mandaṃ prasannaṃ ca gavyaṃ daśaguṇaṃ payaḥ//

Now the group of bovine and milk products: Sweet, cold, soft, unctuous, thick, smooth, slimy, / heavy, slow, and clear—cow's milk possesses ten qualities.
