daśaivāyatanānyāhuḥ prāṇā yeṣu pratiṣṭhitāḥ /
śaṅkhau marmatrayaṃ kaṇṭho raktaṃ śukraujasī gudam //
They say there are ten seats in which the vital breaths are established: / the two temples, the three vital spots, the throat, the blood, semen and vitality, and the rectum.
