1.29.8

ato viparītā rogāṇāmabhisarā hantāraḥ prāṇānāṃ bhiṣakchadmapraticchannāḥ kaṇṭakabhūtā lokasya pratirūpakasadharmāṇo rājñāṃ pramādāccaranti rāṣṭrāṇi //

Those contrary to this are promoters of diseases and destroyers of vital breath; disguised under the guise of physicians, thorns to the world, counterfeit in nature, they roam through kingdoms because of the negligence of kings.
