ānūpamatsyāmiṣavesavārairuṣṇaiḥ pradehaḥ pavanāpahaḥ syāt/
snehaiścaturbhirdaśamūlamiśrairgandhauṣadhaiścānilahaḥ pradehaḥ//
A warm paste of the meat of marsh animals and fish prepared as vesavāra alleviates wind;
a paste prepared with the four unctuous substances, mixed with the ten roots and fragrant medicinal plants, removes wind.
