hṛdyaṃ yat syādyadaujasyaṃ srotasāṃ yat prasādanam /
tattat sevyaṃ prayatnena praśamo jñānameva ca //
Whatever is agreeable to the heart, promotes ojas, and clarifies the channels,
that must be pursued with diligence, as well as tranquillity and knowledge.
