tatrāyurvedavidastantrasthānādhyāyapraśnānāṃ pṛthaktvena vākyaśo vākyārthaśo 'arthāvayavaśaśca pravaktāro mantavyāḥ /

There, knowers of Āyurveda should be considered expositors of the compendium, sections, chapters, and questions, individually, sentence by sentence, according to the meaning of the sentences, and according to the component parts of the meaning.
