tān kālapāśasadṛśān varjayecchāstradūṣakān /
praśamajñānavijñānapūrṇāḥ sevyā bhiṣaktamāḥ //

One should avoid those corrupters of scripture, who are like the noose of Death;
one should attend upon the best of physicians, who are full of tranquility, knowledge, and discernment.
