yadi caikameva kiṃciddravyamāsādayāmastathāguṇayuktaṃ yat sarvakarmaṇāṃ karaṇe samarthaṃ syāt, kastato 'anyadicchedupadhārayitumupadeṣṭuṃ vā śiṣyebhya iti//

And if we could find even a single substance endowed with such qualities that it were capable of performing all actions, who would wish to learn or teach anything else to pupils?”
