piṣṭikāñchālimudgāṃśca saindhavāmalake yavān/
āntarīkṣaṃ payaḥ sarpirjāṅgalaṃ madhu cābhyaset//
One should habitually consume barley pastries, śāli rice, green gram, rock salt, āmalakī, barley, / rainwater, milk, ghee, meat of arid-zone animals, and honey.
