mano manortho buddhirātmā cetyadhyātmadravyaguṇasaṃgrahaḥ śubhāśubhapravṛttinivṛttihetuśca dravyāśritaṃ ca karma yaducyate kriyeti //
Mind, the object of mind, intellect, and the self—this is the summary of the spiritual substances and qualities, and the cause of engagement in and withdrawal from the good and the bad; and action inhering in substance is what is called activity.
