nādhīro nātyucchritasattvaḥ syāt, nābhṛtabhṛtyaḥ, nāviśrabdhasvajanaḥ, naikaḥ sukhī, na duḥkhaśīlācāropacāraḥ, na sarvaviśrambhī, na sarvābhiśaṅkī, na sarvakālavicārī //

One should not be timid, nor of overweening temperament; one should not fail to support one's servants; one should not distrust one's own people; one should not be happy alone; one should not have painful habits, conduct, or manners; one should not be trusting of everyone, nor suspicious of everyone, nor calculating at all times.
